We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Industrial Perfume Sales Executive to generate new business and manage existing customers in the industrial fragrance market. The candidate will be responsible for promoting and selling industrial perfumes (fragrances) to manufacturers of personal care, home care, cosmetics, incense, candles, and other FMCG products.

Role & responsibilities

- Identify and develop new B2B customers.
- Visit manufacturing units and conduct customer meetings.
- Promote industrial perfumes and fragrance solutions.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable fragrances.
- Arrange product samples and coordinate product trials.
- Prepare quotations and negotiate commercial terms.
- Convert inquiries into orders and achieve monthly sales targets.
- Build and maintain long-term customer relationships.
- Coordinate with the technical and production teams for sample development.
- Collect market intelligence on competitors, pricing, and current trends.
- Follow up on payments and outstanding receivables.
- Maintain accurate sales reports, visit reports, and CRM records.

Preferred candidate profile

- 2 to 6 years in B2B industrial sales.
- Experience in industrial fragrances, flavors, aroma chemicals, essential oils, cosmetics, FMCG ingredients, or specialty chemicals will be preferred.
- Self-motivated and target-driven.
- Strong relationship-building skills.
- Ability to work independently.
- Excellent time management and planning skills.
- Ready to travel across the assigned territory.
