Summary:As an Application Developer, you will be responsible for designing, building, and configuring applications to meet business process and application requirements. Your typical day will involve collaborating with teams to develop solutions that align with business needs and requirements.




Roles & Responsibilities:- Expected to be an SME- Collaborate and manage the team to perform- Responsible for team decisions- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions- Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams- Lead the design and development of applications- Conduct code reviews and ensure coding standards are met- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior team members

Skills:
- - Proficiency in Workday Core HCM, Mandatory to have Workday Related certification- Strong understanding of software development lifecycle- Experience in designing and implementing Workday solutions- Knowledge of integration tools and techniques- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues
Additional Information:- The candidate should have a minimum of 12 years of experience in Workday Core HCM- This position is based at our Bengaluru office- A mandatory Workday Related certification is required
