The Day-to-Day
- Facilitate the Process: Guide the team through all Scrum events, including Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Planning, Sprint Reviews, and Sprint Retrospectives, ensuring they are productive and time-boxed.
- Clear the Path: Actively identify, track, and remove impediments or blockers that are preventing the development team from achieving their sprint goals.
- Partner with the Product Owner: Assist the PO with effective product backlog management, user story refinement, and ensuring the team has a clear understanding of the product vision and goals.
- Coach & Empower: Mentor the team on Agile principles and Scrum practices, guiding them toward self-management,
cross-functionality, and a predictable delivery cadence.
- Protect the Team: Shield the development team from external distractions, scope creep, and context-switching during active sprints.
