Required Skills

- 5+ years of hands-on experience with IBM Content Manager OnDemand (CMOD).
- Strong knowledge of CMOD architecture, administration, and production support.
- Experience in installation, configuration, migration, and troubleshooting.
- Knowledge of CMOD components including:
- Application Groups
- Applications
- Folders
- Storage Sets
- Users & Security

- Experience with CMOD utilities such as ARSADMIN, ARSDOC, ARSMAINT, ARSLOAD, ARSXML.
- Knowledge of indexing technologies (ACIF, PDF, XML Indexer).
- Experience with Linux/Unix administration.
- Good understanding of DB2/Oracle databases.
- Experience with Shell/Perl scripting.
- Familiarity with ITIL processes (Incident, Problem, Change Management).
- Experience with ServiceNow or similar ticketing tools.

Positive to Have

- Banking or Financial Services domain experience.
- Cloud exposure (AWS/Azure).
- Knowledge of AFP, PDF, XML document formats.
- Monitoring tools such as Splunk, Dynatrace, or Grafana.
- Automation using Shell, Python, or Perl.
