Role brief CubeAPM is a full-stack, self-hosted observability platform: APM, log management, infrastructure monitoring, and frontend monitoring, that runs entirely inside a customer's own infrastructure, so engineering teams get full visibility into their systems without their data ever leaving their network. We're trusted by 50+ enterprise customers, including Delhivery, redBus, Ola, Jubilant Food, Cleartrip, INDMoney and many more. We've mainly customers across e-commerce and logistics, and we're now opening up banking and financial services as a current vertical. We're looking for someone to own it end-to-end this isn't a support role, you'll build the relationships, navigate procurement, and close the deals with banks and NBFCs. Location: Gurgaon/Delhi NCR (Preferable) or Remote. Working hours: 10am–7pm IST. What you'll do • Build and own the BFSI pipeline from scratch — relationships, outreach,



and deal closure • Navigate bank procurement processes, empanelment, and security/compliance reviews • Position CubeAPM's self-hosted, in-VPC deployment as a fit for data residency and RBI compliance requirements • Work directly with founders to shape how we go to market in this vertical What we're looking for • A track record of closing deals end-to-end inside large banks or NBFCs • Existing relationships and credibility in the BFSI space — you already know how to get in the door • Technical or infrastructure sales background preferred; doesn't need to be observability specifically • Comfortable owning a vertical with no existing playbook — you'll be writing it
