Role & responsibilities

- Manage critically ill patients admitted to Medical, Surgical and Multidisciplinary ICUs.
- Assess, diagnose and formulate evidence-based treatment plans for critically ill patients.
- Manage mechanical ventilation (invasive & non-invasive) and perform ventilator weaning.
- Handle emergency and life-threatening conditions including septic shock, respiratory failure, cardiac arrest and multi-organ dysfunction.
- Perform ICU procedures such as endotracheal intubation, central venous catheter insertion, arterial line placement and other bedside critical care procedures.
- Monitor hemodynamic status and optimize patient management.
- Lead Code Blue and rapid response situations as required.

Preferred candidate profile

- Solid clinical knowledge in Critical Care Medicine.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to work in rotational shifts and emergency duties.
- Commitment to quality patient care and clinical excellence.
