Job Purpose

To manage quantity estimation, project costing, contractor billing, budget monitoring, and cost control for institutional infrastructure projects.

Key Responsibilities

1. Prepare quantity estimates from drawings.

2. Prepare BOQs and cost estimates. 3. Verify contractor bills and measurements.

3. Prepare RA (Running Account) Bills and final bills.

4. Monitor project budgets and cost variations.

5. Evaluate quotations and comparative statements.

6. Coordinate with procurement for material planning.

7. Maintain project cost records and reports.

8. Prepare tender documents and assist in bid evaluations.

9. Verify site measurements and work progress.

10. Ensure compliance with contract terms and payment milestones.

Qualification

B.E./B.Tech/Diploma in Civil Engineering

Experience





2 to 5 years in quantity surveying, estimation, and billing.
