Job Summary
The HR Executive Factory will be responsible for managing day-to-day HR operations at the factory, ensuring smooth employee lifecycle management, statutory compliance, attendance and payroll support, employee engagement, and coordination with various departments. The role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle HR administration efficiently.
Key Roles & Responsibilities
Attendance & Time Office Management
- Maintain daily employee attendance and shift records.
- Monitor biometric attendance and regularize attendance discrepancies.
- Prepare monthly attendance reports for payroll processing.
- Coordinate with department heads for leave and attendance approvals.
Recruitment & Onboarding
- Coordinate recruitment activities for factory positions.
- Schedule interviews and coordinate with hiring managers.
- Complete joining formalities and document verification.
- Conduct employee induction and onboarding.
- Maintain employee personal files and records.
Statutory Compliance
- Coordinate ESI and PF registration for new employees.
- Process ESI/PF additions, exits, and corrections.
- Ensure statutory records are maintained as per legal requirements.
- Coordinate with consultants for labor law compliance.
HR Operations
- Maintain employee database and HRMIS records.
- Issue appointment letters, confirmation letters, ID cards, and other HR documents.
- Handle employee transfers, resignations,
full & final settlements, and exit formalities.
- Support payroll by providing accurate employee data.
Employee Relations
- Address employee queries related to HR policies and benefits.
- Support employee engagement activities and welfare initiatives.
- Maintain discipline and promote a positive work environment.
- Coordinate grievance handling with the VP HR.
Administration & Compliance
- Maintain HR registers and statutory documentation.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and labour regulations.
- Prepare HR reports, MIS, and monthly manpower reports.
- Support HR audits and documentation.
Preferred Candidate Profile
- Bachelor's Degree or Master's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Commerce, or a related field.
- 2–5 years of HR experience, preferably in a manufacturing or factory environment.
- Good knowledge of ESI, PF, Labour Laws, Payroll, Attendance Management, and HR Operations.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Office, and HRMS software.
- Valuable communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and coordinate with multiple departments.
