Job Title: Senior Accountant / Finance Executive General Ledger & Compliance

About the Role:

We are looking for an experienced Senior Accountant to join our finance team in Bengaluru. The role involves end-to-end accounting, financial reporting, compliance, cost control, budget management, and audit coordination for our growing flexible workspace / managed corporate office space business. The ideal candidate should have strong leadership qualities and be ready for immediate joining.

Key Responsibilities:

- Handle end-to-end accounting operations including general ledger, accounts payable, accounts receivable, and month-end closing
- Prepare financial statements – Balance Sheet, Profit & Loss Account, Cash Flow Statement, and MIS Reports
- Manage GST Filing, TDS Deduction & Filing, Income Tax, ROC Filings, and other statutory compliances
- Perform bank reconciliation, cash reconciliation, and resolve discrepancies
- Handle fixed asset management, depreciation as per Companies Act, and asset register maintenance
- Manage inventory valuation, stock records, and inventory management
- Prepare budget, forecast, and variance analysis
- Process payroll and manage PF, PT, ESI, and Insurance policies
- Coordinate with external auditors and complete statutory audits successfully
- Prepare sundry debtors and creditors ageing reports and follow-up




- Ensure compliance with Accounting Standards, Company Law, and MCA requirements
- Maintain confidentiality of financial data and secure financial information
- Provide support in departmental work related to direct and indirect taxes
- Lead and mentor junior accountants for smooth finance operations

Candidate Profile & Requirements:

- Experience: 5–8 years as Senior Accountant, Finance Executive, or General Ledger Accountant
- Education: B.Com / M.Com / CA Inter (CA will be an added advantage)
- Technical Skills:
- Thorough expertise in Tally ERP 9 / Tally Prime
- Strong knowledge of GST, TDS, Income Tax, ROC Filings, and Statutory Compliance
- Experience in Fixed Assets, Inventory Valuation, Bank Reconciliation, and Financial Reporting

- Leadership: Experience in managing a team of junior accountants
- Excellent analytical skills with high attention to detail and accuracy
- Strong knowledge of Accounting Standards and Company Law
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and financial reporting tools
- Immediate joiners preferred
- Prior experience in Real Estate, Construction, or Flexible Workspaces will be an advantage
