As a Service Account Specialist, you will be responsible for:

- Providing support to Service Account Managers on reporting, provisioning & similar account support tasks.
- Developing global relationships with internal cross-functional teams,



stakeholders and customers to become a trusted advisor.
- Acting as an advocate to our internal and external stakeholders to ensure successful delivery of assigned deliverables.
- Ensuring timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customers and stakeholders requirements.
- Communicating the progress of monthly/quarterly initiatives and metrics to internal and external stakeholders.
- Accomplishing KPI targets set around responsiveness, pro-activeness, quality, and compliance.

To be successful in this role you will:

- Demonstrate experience of working in a customer focused, service or IT industry environment
- Possess excellent communication skills
- Show good knowledge and experience with reporting and data analysis
- Have working knowledge of Microsoft Office with focus on Excel and PowerPoint
- Be a team player, able to collaborate, prioritize, and solve problems in a fast-changing setting.
