Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Team Lead / Senior Billing Analyst with strong expertise in end-to-end billing operations, SAP, Accounts Receivable, and Order-to-Cash (O2C) processes. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience managing complex billing scenarios, supporting margin performance, handling client escalations, and working directly with global MNC clients.

Key Responsibilities:
• Manage end-to-end billing processes using SAP.
• Support margin performance and revenue recognition activities.
• Generate invoices and perform billing reconciliations.
• Handle billing disputes, write-offs, and issue resolution.
• Manage unbilled revenue and ensure timely billing closure.
• Collaborate with global stakeholders and MNC clients.
• Process various billing models including T&M;, Milestone, Lumpsum, Fixed Price, Manual, Adhoc, and Consumption Billing.
• Ensure compliance with organizational billing policies and procedures.





Required Skills:
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Robust experience in Accounts Receivable (AR).
• Expertise in Invoice Processing and Billing Operations.
• Hands-on experience in Order-to-Cash (O2C) processes.
• SAP experience is mandatory; SAP S/4HANA is preferred.
• Experience in Billing Reconciliation and Revenue Management.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Experience working with global/MNC clients.
