- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.

- Responsible for team decisions.

- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.

- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.





- Lead efforts to improve system performance and reliability through innovative problem-solving.

- Mentor junior team members to enhance their technical skills and understanding of system operations.

- Coordinate with stakeholders to prioritize and address critical issues effectively.

Professional & Technical Skills:

Must To Have Skills:

- Proficiency in SAP CO Management Accounting.

- Strong analytical skills to diagnose and resolve complex software issues within business systems.

- Experience in managing and supporting enterprise resource planning components related to financial and management accounting.

- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and operation of software modules.

- Excellent problem-solving capabilities with a focus on root cause analysis and preventive measures.

- Familiarity with system monitoring tools and incident management processes to maintain high availability of applications.

- The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in SAP CO Management Accounting.

- This position is based at our Coimbatore office.

- A 15 years full time education is required.
