Conduct skill evaluation (L1, L2, multiskilling levels)

Breakdown Management

Lead and guide team during breakdown situations

Analyze failures and implement corrective actions

Focus on MTTR reduction and improved response time

Planning, Reporting & Documentation

Prepare and monitor: Daily, weekly, monthly, and annual maintenance reports

Preventive Maintenance (PM) modules

Patrol checkpoints and inspection plans

Validate and implement OPL (One Point Lesson) documents
