Roles and Responsibilities :
- Coordinate recent hire orientation sessions to ensure a smooth transition into the organization.
- Manage employee life cycle events such as onboarding, training, performance management, and separation processes.
- Collaborate with HR team to develop and implement effective onboarding programs that meet business objectives.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures related to employee relations.
Job Requirements :
- 1-6 years of experience in HR Operations or similar role.
- Strong understanding of employee life cycle concepts including recruitment, onboarding, training, performance management, and separation processes.
- Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration with employees at all levels within the organization.
