Finance Systems Architect

Job Summary

LogicMonitor is looking for a talented and experienced Finance Systems Architect to lead strategy and design across our Finance systems ecosystem, with deep expertise in Salesforce Billing and strong knowledge of broader finance processes and tools. In this role, you will serve as the -most Finance Systems architecture leader in India guiding solution design, ensuring data integrity, and establishing best practices across Salesforce Billing, NetSuite, and adjacent finance platforms (procurement, purchasing, expense). You ll partner closely with US-based leadership and elevate BSAs, admins, and stakeholders through influence, coaching, and technical excellence.

Responsibilities

- Provide architectural, functional, and stakeholder leadership across Salesforce Billing, NetSuite, and ancillary finance tools for Finance BSAs and system admins.
- Act as the primary SME for Salesforce Billing (subscription models, billing logic, invoicing, end-to-end design).
- Leverage approved AI tools to draft standards, review configurations for risks, generate data quality checks, accelerate documentation, and increase productivity across the finance systems team.
- Guide system design decisions via coaching, patterns, standards, and technical leadership.
- Establish guardrails for configuration, data models, integrations, release/change practices, and documentation.
- Ensure scalability, consistency, and data integrity across Q2C and downstream financial workflows.
- Partner with the US-based Q2C Manager to align priorities, roadmap,



and delivery sequencing with the finance systems and stakeholders in mind.
- Mentor BSAs and system administrators to uplift solution design and troubleshooting capabilities.
- Collaborate with engineering/integration teams on APIs, middleware, monitoring, reporting, and reconciliation.
- Identify automation opportunities to reduce manual work, improve accuracy, and strengthen controls.
- Serve as an escalation point for complex cross-system issues; drive RCA and durable fixes.

Requirements

- 10+ years in enterprise systems with significant focus on finance systems and cross-functional design.
- Salesforce Billing experience: subscription models, invoicing, billing workflows.
- ERP exposure (e.g., NetSuite) with understanding of GL/revenue/AP/AR impacts and reconciliations.
- Robust knowledge of finance processes: billing, invoicing, AP/AR, procurement, expense management, GL impact.
- Demonstrated ability to influence without authority and align global teams (incl. US-based partners).
- Experience innovating leveraging AI tools to enhance productivity and end user experience for our business partners and systems team.

Nice to Have

- Experience with Coupa, Zip, Concur (or similar procurement/expense platforms).
- Familiarity with integration platforms (e.g., MuleSoft) and event-driven patterns.
- Experience in SaaS/subscription-based environments and revenue processes.
