Job Summary

Lead the site Maintenance function, possessing a holistic skill set in the overall maintenance activities related to operational equipment and facility infrastructure.

Responsibilities

- Hands-on experience in effectively managing breakdowns and driving new initiatives to improve the uptime of the machines.
- Responsible for Plant Facility and Utility maintenance items like LT Panels, compressors, chiller plants, boilers, transformers, pumps, cooling towers, DG sets, etc.
- Maintaining audit-related documents and system documents (ISO 50001, ISO 45001, ISO 14001, and IATF)
- Knowledge of PLC: Siemens programming, HMI of the KTP series, Drives, LabVIEW, ACBs, VCBs, Robots, and Automation
- Increase the site's operational effectiveness, improve project delivery, reduce the mean time between failure and downtime reduction, and manage and implement improvement plans, driving Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and ensuring that Health, Safety, and Environmental requirements are adhered to.
- Manage the teams technical best practices and establish standard policies and procedures while also mentoring and leading the department.
- Implement and manage continuous improvement and up-to-date manufacturing principles by highlighting deficiencies and recommending changes in training, working practices, and processes.




- Ensure KPIs are met by working according to the plan, including management and reporting.
- Exposure to a Continuous Furnace, Handling Hydrogen and Nitrogen Plants
- Hands-on experience with Hydraulics and Mechanical SPMs
- To make a summary of daily utility consumptions, downtime reports, spare consumption patterns, replacement schedules, and Preventive maintenance schedules.
- To ensure sufficient spares with lead time, consumption rate, and min-max level.
- Follow and practice safety and environmental policies and procedures.
- Prepare the annual Maintenance budget and forecasts and all Capital Expenditure proposals, as well as ensure compliance with legal standards. Manage the budget from identification to the completion of projects.
- Responsible for performing root cause analysis for critical breakdowns by leveraging quality tools and breakdown trends.

Lead the change to implement best practices and deploy the best maintenance standards by collaborating with all the stakeholders.
