Project Manager

ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITY:

Project Delivery & Governance

- Own project initiation to closure, including scope, timelines, milestones, budget, and quality.

- Develop and manage detailed project plans, schedules, and work breakdown structures.

- Ensure on-time, on-budget, and high-quality delivery across multiple concurrent projects.

- Drive change management and manage project dependencies.

Resource & Team Management

- Plan, allocate, and manage project resources efficiently.

- Lead and mentor teams, supporting performance, growth, and career development.

- Work effectively in a matrix organization with cross-functional teams.

Financials, Estimation & Documentation

- Prepare effort estimates, budgets, and cost tracking.

- Monitor project financials and ensure cost efficiency.

- Own and ensure quality of all project documentation, including:

- Project Kickoff decks.

- Business Requirement Documents (BRDs).

- Project Plans.

- Status Reports.

- Change Requests.

- Go-Live & amp; Closure Reports.

Stakeholder & Customer Management

- Act as the primary point of contact for customers.

- Manage customer expectations on scope, delivery model, and timelines.

- Provide regular,



clear project status updates to stakeholders.

- Ensure formal sign-off on key milestones and deliverables.

Portfolio & Pre-Sales Support

- Manage and report on a portfolio of projects.

- Support pre-sales and services sales through:

- Scoping

- Effort estimation.

- Identifying opportunities for expansion of skilled services.

Experience & Qualifications

- 8+ years of overall IT experience.

- 6+ years of Project Management experience.

- 4+ years in a customer-facing role managing enterprise clients.

- Proven experience managing multiple parallel projects.

Certifications (Mandatory)

- PMP or PRINCE2.

- Scrum Master certification.

Education

- 15 years of full-time education.

- Raipur (Chhattisgarh) or Pune (Maharashtra), India.

- Remote working option available.

- Willingness to travel on short notice to client locations.
