Roles and Responsibilities

- Develop short-term, mid-term, and long-term plans for production facilities based on market demand forecasts.

- Plan raw material requirements to meet production needs within cost constraints.

- Monitor production schedules against planned targets and take corrective action if deviations occur.

- Manage inventory levels at optimal capacity utilization rates by analyzing historical data and trends.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize resource allocation across departments.

Desired Candidate Profile

- 21-31 years of experience in central planning, project management, or a related field.

- Diploma/B.Tech / B.E. degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent qualification.

- Excellent communication skills with the ability to present reports effectively to senior stakeholders.

- Expertise in SAP
