Job Description

Position: Talent Acquisition Specialist - Middle East/GCC Recruitment

Location: Gurugram, Sector 71

About the Role

We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Talent Acquisition Specialist with proven experience in Middle East/GCC hiring. The incumbent will be responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment activities for clients across UAE, Saudi Arabia, Qatar, Kuwait, Oman, and Bahrain.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle complete recruitment lifecycle from requisition gathering to candidate onboarding.
- Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, databases, referrals, and social media channels.
- Manage hiring requirements for Middle East/GCC countries across various industries.
- Screen, assess, and shortlist candidates based on client requirements.
- Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers/clients.




- Maintain strong candidate pipelines for recurring and bulk hiring mandates.
- Negotiate salaries, offer roll-out, and ensure smooth joining process.
- Ensure compliance with visa, documentation, and overseas recruitment requirements.
- Build and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders.
- Generate recruitment reports and track hiring metrics.

Required Skills

- Strong experience in GCC/Middle East recruitment.
- Hands-on experience in end-to-end recruitment.
- Expertise in sourcing through LinkedIn Recruiter, Naukri, Foundit, and other job portals.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience in handling bulk hiring and niche hiring mandates.
- Understanding of Middle East labor market and hiring practices.

Preferred Experience

- Recruitment experience for UAE, Saudi Arabia, Qatar, Kuwait, Oman, and Bahrain.
- Exposure to industries such as:
- Oil & Gas
- Construction / EPC
- Engineering Services
- Facilities Management
- Healthcare
- Hospitality
- Manufacturing

Education

- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
