Graphic Designer Executive

Location: Yeshwantpura, Bengaluru

Role Overview :

We are looking for a creative, detail-oriented, and passionate Graphic Designer Executive to join our Communications team. The ideal candidate will transform ideas into compelling visual content that strengthens our brand, communicates our mission, and engages diverse stakeholders across digital and print platforms.

Key Responsibilities

- Design creatives for digital platforms including social media, websites, email campaigns, and digital advertisements.
- Develop print materials such as brochures, reports, flyers, standees, banners, posters, and event collaterals.
- Create compelling visual assets for fundraising campaigns, donor engagement, employee communication, and corporate partnerships.
- Collaborate with content writers, marketing, fundraising, HR, and other internal teams to deliver impactful creative solutions.
- Ensure consistency with brand guidelines across all communication materials.
- Design presentations, infographics, icons, and other visual communication assets.
- Edit and optimize images for various communication channels.
- Manage multiple design projects while meeting deadlines and maintaining high-quality standards.
- Stay updated with emerging design trends, tools, and best practices.

- Strong understanding of design principles, typography, colour theory, and layout.




- Creative thinking with excellent visual storytelling abilities.
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple assignments in a fast-paced environment.
- Valuable communication and collaboration skills.

Technical Skills

- Adobe Photoshop
- Adobe Illustrator
- Adobe InDesign
- Canva
- Adobe Acrobat
- Microsoft PowerPoint
- Basic knowledge of Adobe After Effects and Premiere Pro will be an added advantage.

Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Fine Arts, Multimedia, or a related field.

Experience

- 24 years of relevant experience in graphic design.
- Experience working with NGOs, social impact organizations, agencies, or corporate branding teams is preferred.
