What You'll Be Doing

As a Remote Customer Support Agent, you will represent our clients and provide professional, friendly, and efficient support to their customers.

High-Speed Internet

- Minimum 75 Mbps internet speed




- Stable and reliable connection is essential for uninterrupted customer support.

️ Dual Monitor Setup – Mandatory

- One additional monitor setup is required.
- Laptop/system must support an additional monitor.
- HDMI connectivity is required.

US Working Hours

You must be comfortable working according to US business hours , including the possibility of schedules that fall during evening/night hours in India.
