About Presta

Presta is a fast-growing womens innerwear and everyday wear brand from Poomer Clothing Company. We are looking for an experienced Sales Head to strengthen our distribution network, drive sales growth, and lead our Tamil Nadu sales operations.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and expand Presta's distributor network across Tamil Nadu.
- Identify, appoint, and onboard new distributors in potential markets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing distributors.
- Set monthly sales targets for distributors and monitor their performance.
- Drive achievement of the company's monthly sales targets.
- Track distributor sales, secondary sales, and market performance.
- Lead, guide, and motivate the field sales team to achieve business objectives.
- Recruit, train, and manage Sales Representatives across Tamil Nadu.
- Plan and execute market expansion strategies.
- Visit distributors and key retail markets regularly to understand market trends and identify growth opportunities.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth order processing, stock availability, and timely deliveries.
- Provide regular sales reports,



forecasts, competitor analysis, and market feedback to management.

Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in sales, preferably in garments, innerwear, textiles.
- Proven experience in distributor management and dealer network development.
- Experience appointing and managing distributors.
- Strong leadership experience managing field sales teams.
- Excellent sales planning, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
- Solid understanding of the Tamil Nadu market.
- Willingness to travel extensively across Tamil Nadu.
- Good communication skills in Tamil and English.

Preferred Experience

- Experience working with apparel, innerwear, womens wear, hosiery brands.
- Existing distributor and retailer network within Tamil Nadu will be an added advantage.
- Strong understanding of sales target planning and execution.
