Job Description:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Relationship Manager to join our Bancassurance Sales team. The successful candidate will be responsible for selling crop & Other insurance products to the Customers of Banks. This role requires a deep understanding of the Bancassurance sales process, particularly within the General Insurance sector.

Requirements

- Bachelors degree in business, Finance, or an Agri-related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in Bancassurance sales, with a focus on General Insurance.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and building strong client relationships.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
