Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated and result-oriented IT Recruiter to join our HR/Recruitment team. The candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and coordinating with candidates throughout the recruitment process to fulfill various IT requirements.

Key Responsibilities

* Understand job requirements and prepare effective sourcing strategies.
* Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, social media, employee referrals, and other recruitment channels.
* Screen resumes and shortlist suitable candidates based on job requirements.
* Conduct initial screening calls and assess candidates skills, experience, and communication.
* Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
* Follow up with candidates throughout the interview and selection process.
* Maintain and update candidate information in the ATS/recruitment tracker.




* Coordinate with hiring managers to understand requirements and collect interview feedback.
* Negotiate salary and discuss offer details with selected candidates.
* Follow up with candidates until joining and ensure a smooth onboarding process.
* Maintain a healthy candidate pipeline for current and future requirements.
* Meet recruitment targets and ensure positions are closed within the required timelines.

Required Skills

* Good knowledge of IT recruitment and end-to-end recruitment processes.
* Familiarity with technical roles and basic understanding of IT technologies.
* Experience using job portals and LinkedIn for candidate sourcing.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
* Good negotiation and candidate management skills.
* Ability to work in a fast-paced and target-driven environment.
* Valuable knowledge of MS Office and recruitment.
