About the Role

We are hiring an experienced Manager - Accounts Finalisation with expertise in UK Accounting and Taxation. The ideal candidate will manage a portfolio of UK-based clients, review financial statements and compliance deliverables, and ensure high-quality accounting services while leading and mentoring a team.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage a portfolio of UK-based clients across multiple industries.
- Review financial statements, corporation tax returns, VAT returns, and other compliance deliverables.
- Ensure compliance with UK GAAP, FRS 102, and HMRC regulations.
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing accounting and taxation queries.
- Review and finalize accounting work prepared by junior team members.
- Lead, mentor, and support the accounting team to maintain quality standards.
- Conduct regular client meetings and provide timely project updates.
- Coordinate with bookkeeping, payroll, taxation, and other internal teams for seamless service delivery.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and value-added services.
- Stay updated with changes in UK accounting standards and tax legislation.

Required Qualifications

- Bachelors degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- ACA, ACCA,



or an equivalent UK accounting qualification will be an advantage.
- 3-5 years of hands-on experience in UK Accounting and Taxation.
- Strong knowledge of UK GAAP, FRS 102, Corporation Tax, VAT, and Payroll compliance.
- Experience with accounting software such as Xero, QuickBooks, Sage, IRIS, or similar.
- Excellent client communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Proven experience in reviewing and finalizing accounting assignments.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work within deadlines.

- Experience working in an outsourcing or offshore accounting workplace.
- Team handling and people management experience.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
