Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Power Platform / Workflow Automation Specialist to serve as a Techno-Functional Subject Matter Expert (SME), partnering with business stakeholders, PMO, product owners, and technology teams to deliver enterprise digital transformation initiatives. The ideal candidate will combine strong functional knowledge of project, portfolio, and governance processes with hands-on expertise in Microsoft Power Platform, Microsoft 365, SharePoint development, workflow automation, enterprise integrations, and AI-enabled productivity solutions. You will be responsible for designing and implementing scalable, secure, and user-centric automation solutions that streamline business processes and enhance organizational productivity.

Key Responsibilities

- Collaborate with business, PMO, product, and technology teams to understand business requirements and translate them into automated digital solutions.
- Design, develop, and implement workflow automation solutions using Microsoft Power Platform technologies.
- Build and enhance business applications using Power Apps to improve operational efficiency and user experience.
- Develop automated workflows and business process digitization solutions using Power Automate.
- Design and develop custom components using SharePoint Framework (SPFx), React, JavaScript, C#, PowerShell, and Microsoft 365 development tools.
- Support the integration of Microsoft 365 solutions with enterprise applications using modern APIs and integration approaches.
- Work closely with implementation teams to ensure scalable, secure, and high-quality solution delivery.
- Evaluate and recommend AI-powered productivity capabilities, including Microsoft Copilot, ChatGPT, and Generative AI technologies,



to improve business processes and user productivity.
- Contribute to solution architecture discussions and provide technical guidance throughout the implementation lifecycle.
- Support solution adoption by collaborating with business users and project teams during deployment and continuous improvement initiatives.

Required Skills Qualifications

10+ years of experience in Microsoft technologies, workflow automation, and enterprise application development.

Strong development experience using:

- SharePoint Framework (SPFx)
- React
- JavaScript
- HTML/CSS
- C#
- PowerShell
- Microsoft 365 development tools
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Power Platform, including:
- Power Apps
- Power Automate
- Business Process Automation
- Workflow Automation

Experience developing scalable and user-centric enterprise solutions using Microsoft technologies.

Robust analytical, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Skills

Exposure to OpenAI, ChatGPT, Microsoft Copilot, Generative AI, or similar AI-enabled productivity solutions.

Ability to identify business use cases for AI technologies and recommend adoption opportunities to improve productivity and process efficiency.

Nice to Have

- Experience with Microsoft 365 ecosystem and SharePoint development.
- Exposure to Azure services, enterprise integrations, and API-based solution development.
- Knowledge of enterprise collaboration platforms and digital workplace solutions.
