Job Role -Dispatch Supervisor
Reporting to Factory Manager
Roles and Responsibilities :
- Coordinate with production team to plan and schedule dispatch activities.
- Process orders, manage inventory levels, and ensure timely delivery of products.
- Supervise dispatch staff, providing guidance on order processing and customer service.
- Monitor dispatch performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.
Job Requirements :
- 0-6 years of experience in a similar role within the building material industry.
- Solid understanding of dispatch planning, scheduling, and order processing procedures.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure with multiple priorities simultaneously.
