Role & responsibilities

1. Farmer Visits & Relationship Management

- Visit grape farms across Nashik district in grape-growing areas.
- Collect information on crop availability, expected yield, and harvesting schedules.

2. Crop Inspection & Quality Assessment

- Visit grape farms before harvesting to inspect crop quality.
- Estimate crop quantity and harvesting dates.

3. Farmer Guidance & Quality Improvement

- Guide farmers on proper harvesting and grading practices to reduce rejection at the packhouse.
- Support farmers in maintaining the required quality standards.

4. Harvesting, Loading & Logistics Coordination

- Ensure grapes are handled carefully during harvesting and loading to avoid damage.




- Ensure grapes reach the packhouse fresh and on time while maintaining the cold chain.

Preferred candidate profile

- Any Graduate with 5 - 6 year's experience in grapes procurement.
- Good knowledge of grape quality and harvesting.
- Should know Marathi and Hindi.
- Must have a two-wheeler and valid driving licence.
- Willing to travel across Nashik district.
