Job Details:
• Location: Koramangala
• Salary: Up to 5 LPA (Based on experience and interview performance)
• Shift: Rotational (24/7)
• Working: 5 Days Working / 2 Days Off
• Transport: 2-Way Cab Provided

Eligibility:
• Freshers: Graduate (Mandatory)
• Experienced: 1+ year in International Voice Support
• Positive communication skills required
• Versant Score: 58 & above

Job Role:
• Handle inbound customer calls
• Resolve customer queries related to telecom services
• Upsell products/services when required
• Maintain customer records in the system
