Role & responsibilities

We are seeking an experienced Sales & Marketing Manager to lead our pharmaceutical sales operations, develop marketing strategies, drive business growth, and manage a high-performing sales team across the DRC.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies.
- Plan and conduct marketing activities such as CME , RTM , CPN , Conferences , Pharmacy Level Activities.
- Achieve sales and market share targets and expand distribution network.
- Lead, train, and motivate the local sales team.
- Build relationships with doctors, hospitals, pharmacies, wholesalers, and distributors.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.
- Prepare sales forecasts, budgets, and performance reports.
- Coordinate product launches and promotional campaigns.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and pharmaceutical regulations.




- Excellent Reporting & Administration skills related to sales & marketing.

Preferred candidate profile

Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy, Life Sciences, Business, or Marketing (MBA preferred).
- 3 to 10 years of experience in leading sales & marketing team in Pharma/FMCG sector.
- Strong leadership, negotiation, and analytical skills.
- Fluency in French is mandatory; English is preferred.
- Willingness to travel extensively within the DRC.
