Role & responsibilities

- Prepare and send quotations, proposals, and product catalogs.
- Follow up on inquiries, quotations, and pending orders.
- Maintain customer databases and sales records.
- Coordinate with customers regarding order status and delivery schedules.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries.
- Manage company website, social media, and digital marketing activities.
- Identify recent business opportunities and target industries.
- Receive and process customer purchase orders.
- Coordinate with production, planning, and procurement teams for order execution.
- Monitor order progress and ensure timely delivery.
- Prepare order acknowledgements and delivery schedules.
- Maintain records of sales orders and customer contracts.
- Coordinate with stores and production teams regarding product availability.




- Track dispatch schedules and shipment status.
- Communicate delivery timelines to customers.
- Ensure proper documentation for shipments and invoices.
- Ensure smooth communication between departments to meet customer requirements.
