Key Responsibilities
- Daily monitoring, maintenance, and troubleshooting of 100+ devices .
- Ensure timely data collection and syncing from devices to the central system.
- Monitor and manage internet speed, Wi-Fi connectivity, and resolve network-related issues.
- Provide on-floor IT support to warehouse staff for device and software problems.
- Maintain device inventory records and perform regular health checks.
- Handle basic hardware repairs, software updates, and replacements.
- Coordinate with internet service providers for connectivity issues.
- Perform other IT support tasks as required.
Note: The role may require occasional night shifts depending on warehouse operations and urgent issues.
