Global Eye Security Services India Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a proactive and experienced Security Operations Manager to oversee day-to-day security operations across multiple client locations. The ideal candidate should have strong leadership skills, excellent client management abilities, and hands-on experience in managing security personnel while ensuring compliance with statutory and company standards.

Roles & Responsibilities

- Manage day-to-day security operations across multiple client sites.
- Conduct site inspections, audits, and client meetings.
- Ensure manpower availability, discipline, grooming, and compliance.
- Handle incident reporting, investigations, and corrective actions.
- Coordinate with HR for attendance, payroll inputs, and statutory compliance.




- Build robust client relationships and ensure high service quality.

Preferred Candidate Profile

- Graduate with 5+ years of experience in the security services industry.
- Experience managing multiple sites and security teams.
- Strong leadership, client handling, and communication skills.
- Knowledge of PSARA, labour laws, and statutory compliance.
- Proficient in MS Office.
- Must be willing to travel within Bengaluru.
