Key Responsibilities:

1. Committee Coordination and Project Tracking

- Track and monitor various initiatives and projects undertaken by the CMP, ensuring timely execution and reporting.
- Maintain a comprehensive dashboard of all ongoing committee activities, action points, and deliverables.
- Coordinate with project teams, regional offices, and external partners for progress updates.

2. Administrative and Executive Support to the Chairman

- Manage the Chairmans schedule, appointments, travel plans, and meeting logistics.
- Prepare background notes, meeting briefs, and talking points for the Chairman’s engagements.
- Handle confidential correspondence, communication drafts, and record management efficiently.

3. Research and Documentation

- Assist in the preparation of concept notes, reports, presentations, and communication material for various committee initiatives.
- Undertake background research on emerging professional opportunities, policy developments, and member-related issues relevant to CMP’s work.

4. Coordination with Other Committees and Divisions

- Ensure seamless information flow and follow-up on assigned tasks.

5. Event and Programme Support

- Coordinate the organization of meetings, workshops, conferences, and outreach programmes of CMP.
- Maintain documentation of proceedings, minutes,



and action taken reports.

Required Qualifications:

- Preferred: Postgraduate in Management, Commerce, Economics, or Public Administration.
- Additional qualification in Office Management, Project Coordination, or Secretarial Practice will be an advantage.

Desirable Experience:

- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in a professional or corporate workplace, preferably in project coordination, executive support, or institutional administration.
- Prior experience of working with a statutory or professional body, consultancy organization, or academic institution will be preferred.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple assignments, track deliverables, and coordinate among diverse stakeholders.

- Sound judgment and ability to maintain confidentiality.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and online collaboration & productivity tools.
- Professional demeanor with the ability to interact effectively with senior members and external stakeholders.
- A proactive attitude with a strong sense of responsibility and commitment to institutional objectives.
