Role & responsibilities

Operational Excellence & Audits

- Conduct routine outlet audits to evaluate cleanliness, product availability, food safety, and overall brand compliance.
- Enforce strict compliance with food safety regulations, local hygiene standards (such as FSSAI), and safety guidelines.
- Minimize operational downtime by taking complete ownership of each outlet's preventative equipment repair and maintenance needs.
- Standardize operational processes across your designated area to ensure consistent product speed and quality

Sales & Financial P&L; Management

- Own the total P&L; performance across your assigned cluster, actively working to maximize sales margins.
- Develop precise action plans for underperforming locations by deeply analyzing historical sales and footfall data.
- Control variable business costs, including strict oversight of food wastage, inventory leakages, and raw material utilization.
- Optimize store labor models to align staff scheduling expenses with shifting seasonal and peak-hour revenue patterns.

Leadership & Team Management

- Recruit, onboard, and train Store Managers and frontline customer service personnel.
- Minimize personnel attrition by establishing robust employee retention programs, clear career development paths, and highly engaging workplaces.




- Conduct performance reviews regularly to foster a culture of transparent accountability and consistent motivation

Guest Experience & Market Expansion

- Improve online platform ratings on delivery aggregators and address customer escalations promptly.
- Support new outlet launches, facilitating setup logistics, equipment installation, and staff deployment.
- Execute localized marketing strategies in direct collaboration with internal brand marketing teams.

Preferred candidate profile

Education & Experience

- Bachelors or Master's degree in Hospitality, Hotel Management, Business Administration, or related disciplines (preferred but not always mandatory depending on career trajectory).
- 5 to 7 years of operational experience specifically within the QSR, cloud kitchen, caf, or fast-casual restaurant sectors.
- Minimum 1 to 2 years of proven experience successfully managing multiple retail outlets or restaurant clusters.

Core Skills

- Data-driven mindset with strong proficiency in analyzing P&L; statements, budgeting, and interpreting sales MIS reports.
- Strategic leadership abilities coupled with high-stakes conflict resolution skills.
- Logistics coordination and strict supply chain inventory monitoring skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal negotiation skills.
- Willingness to travel extensively across all regional outlet locations on a daily basis
