Experience: -

- 8 to 12 years of relevant experience.

- Candidates must have hands-on experience exclusively in the PEB/Structural Steel Manufacturing Industry.

- Profiles from automobile, FMCG, cement, process industries, or other manufacturing sectors will not be considered.

Qualification: -

- B.E./B.Tech. or Diploma in Mechanical, Production, Industrial, or Civil Engineering.

Key Responsibilities: -

- Prepare and execute production plans based on project schedules.

- Coordinate with detailing, engineering, procurement, production, QA/QC, and dispatch teams.

- Plan material requirements, machine loading, manpower allocation, and production capacity.

- Monitor fabrication progress, WIP, and ensure adherence to delivery schedules.

- Ensure timely availability of fabrication drawings, BOMs, and raw materials.





- Improve production efficiency, reduce bottlenecks, and optimize plant productivity.

- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly production MIS reports.

- Drive cost reduction, process improvement, and on-time project delivery.

- Ensure compliance with quality and safety standards.

Required Skills: -

- Solid knowledge of PEB fabrication, structural steel manufacturing, BOM, nesting, production planning, material planning, and ERP systems.

- Excellent planning, analytical, leadership, and team coordination skills.
