EDUCATIONAL BACKGROUND

- MBA/PGDM in Marketing, Sales, or Business Management preferred.
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.

WORK EXPERIENCE

- 510 years of experience in residential real estate sales.
- Experience in premium residential real estate sales is preferred.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and closing deals.

PERSONAL ATTRIBUTES

- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Strong negotiation and relationship management abilities.
- Customer-centric with a consultative selling approach.
- Target-oriented and self-driven.
- Robust planning, coordination, and follow-up skills.
- Proficient in MS Office and CRM applications.

RESPONSIBILITIES

- Generate and convert leads into residential property sales.
- Conduct customer meetings, project presentations, and site visits.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable residential projects.
- Achieve individual sales targets and business objectives.




- Build and maintain strong customer relationships throughout the sales cycle.
- Coordinate with CRM, Legal, Finance, and other internal teams for seamless sales closure.
- Ensure timely completion of booking formalities, documentation, and collections.
- Maintain accurate customer records and update CRM on a regular basis.
- Track market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback.
- Deliver an exceptional customer experience from enquiry to handover.
