Job Summary

Jeena Sikho Lifecare Ltd. is seeking a detail-oriented HR Executive with hands-on experience in PF & ESI compliance and ensure statutory compliance while supporting day-to-day HR operations.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle end-to-end PF & ESIC operations, including employee enrollment, exits, and updates.
- Generate and process PF & ESIC challans and ensure timely statutory compliance.
- Process ESIC maternity benefit claims and coordinate with employees for documentation.
- Conduct PF & ESIC awareness/training sessions for employees whenever required.
- Handle employee queries and concerns related to PF & ESIC and provide timely resolutions.
- Draft and respond to emails related to PF, ESIC, and statutory compliance.
- Maintain PF & ESIC trackers, MIS reports, and statutory records.




- Ensure employee particulars are updated accurately on PF & ESIC portals.
- Coordinate with consultants and government authorities for compliance-related activities.
- Stay updated with the latest PF & ESIC rules, notifications, and labour law amendments.

Qualifications

- Graduate or Postgraduate in any discipline.
- MBA/PGDM in Human Resources will be an added advantage.

Experience

- 5-6 years of experience in HR Operations.
- Hands-on experience in PF & ESI compliance is mandatory.
