Job Title: AR Caller / Accounts Receivable Executive
Job Description
We are looking for experienced and dynamic AR Callers (Accounts Receivable) to join our growing healthcare team in Bangalore. The ideal candidate will be responsible for following up with US insurance companies to resolve unpaid or denied claims, ensuring timely collections and maximum reimbursement.
Key Responsibilities
- Initiate outbound calls to US commercial insurance companies to check claim status and resolve outstanding balances.
- Analyze unpaid, underpaid, denied, or rejected claims to identify root causes and resubmit clean claims.
- Handle denials, appeals, and contract contractual adjustments efficiently.
- Document all call details and actions taken accurately within the billing system.
- Maintain a high level of productivity and quality metrics consistently.
Required Candidate Profile
- Experience:
1 to 4 years of proven experience in international US Healthcare Voice Process (AR Calling / Revenue Cycle Management).
- Skills: Strong understanding of Denials Management, Appeals process, and US Healthcare guidelines (HIPAA).
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
- Shifts: Must be adaptable to work night shifts (US Eastern/Pacific time zones).
- Location: Bangalore (Work from Office).
Salary & Benefits
- CTC: Up to 4,50,000 (4.5 LPA) max (Depending on experience and interview performance)
