Job Responsibilities
- Recruit candidates through field activities and local outreach.
- Conduct candidate screening and initial interviews.
- Assist candidates with the onboarding process.
- Build local candidate networks and maintain recruitment records.
- Achieve daily and weekly hiring targets.
Eligibility
- Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome to apply.
- Minimum qualification: 12th Pass / Any Graduate.
- Fluency in Telugu is mandatory.
- Basic English communication skills are preferred.
- Must be comfortable with field work and traveling within Vijayawada or Vizag.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
