- Head Sales - Karur We are seeking an experienced and skilled Head Sales professional to lead our sales team in Karur, Tamil Nadu
- The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Power Transmission, Industrial Chains, Sprockets, Bearings, and OEM Sales, with a proven track record of success in Channel Sales, Dealer Development, and Export Sales
- The successful candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth, developing and executing sales strategies, and building strong relationships with customers and partners
- Responsibilities Develop and execute sales strategies to drive business growth and achieve sales targetsLead and manage a team of sales professionals to ensure effective sales execution and customer satisfactionBuild and maintain strong relationships with customers, partners, and dealers to drive sales and revenue growthIdentify and pursue new business opportunities through market research, competitor analysis, and customer feedback Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the Power Transmission, Industrial Chains,

- Requirements 15-20 years of experience in sales, preferably in the Power Transmission, Industrial Chains, Sprockets, Bearings, and OEM Sales industries
- Proven track record of success in Channel Sales, Dealer Development, and Export SalesStrong understanding of Mechanical Engineering principles and applications
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with customers, partners, and dealers
