Position : SQL Team Lead

Location: Bangalore - MG Road (Work from Office)
Experience: 8-13 Years
Employment Type: Full time

Shift : 9.30 am to 6.30 pm (5 days working)

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced SQL Team Lead with 813 years of experience in Microsoft SQL Server development and at least 3 years of team handling experience. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in SQL Server, database design, performance tuning, SSRS/SSIS, ERP applications, and customer-facing implementations.

Roles & Responsibilities

- Lead and mentor a team of SQL Developers.
- Develop and maintain Microsoft SQL Server (2012 and above) databases.
- Design scalable database schemas and data models.
- Develop T-SQL Stored Procedures, Functions, Triggers, and Views.
- Work with SSRS and SSIS for reporting and ETL.
- Perform query optimization and database performance tuning.
- Maintain data dictionary and metadata.
- Handle ERP implementation and migration projects.




- Work closely with international customers.
- Ensure coding standards, database best practices, and quality deliverables.
- Participate in Agile/Scrum development processes.
