Your key responsibilities

Technical Excellence

- Strong proficiency in financial due diligence processes, including analysis of historical and forecast financial information. Ability to assess quality of earnings,



working capital, debt-like items, and cash flow trends with strong attention to detail. Experience in reviewing financial statements, management accounts, and underlying schedules to identify key transaction risks and value drivers. Skilled in preparing transparent, data-backed analyses and outputs using Excel and standard financial modeling techniques. Working knowledge of consulting engagement workflows and financial diligence deliverables within transaction advisory environments.

- Chartered Accountant

Experience

- Audit experience (2+ years)
