Summary

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Oracle fusion HCM ORC Functional Consultant who can join our team. The ideal candidate will possess in-depth hands-on expertise in ORC modules, coupled with high level technical knowledge and a proven ability to deliver end-to-end solutions in a fast-paced environment. This role requires hands-on experience in handling the Implementation project for the clients and delivers work effectively in client-facing scenarios

.

Skills & Responsibilities

- The candidate must have Implementation & Support experience on Core HR, talent & ORC Modules.
- Must have conducted client presentations and client demos on ORC modules to map solution requirements for clients.
- Ability to relate product functionality to business processes and thus offer implementation advice to customers on how to meet their various business scenarios using Oracle ORC.
- Ability to work with technical team in explaining the custom requirements.
- Experience in functional design documentation and functional testing & Regression testing.
- Ability to handle tickets independently as an Individual contributor and also lead the projects.
- At least should have worked on a minimum 1 end to end implementations on ORC, Core HR, modules.
- Good communication, presentation, and inter-personnel skills
- Positive analytical and problem-solving skills.




- Oracle active Certifications will be an added advantage.
- Exposure working knowledge on Redwood and VBCS is preferred.
- Should have knowledge of the SDLC for Functional testing, SIT, UAT, GO LIVE and Postproduction Hyper Care Support.
- Should have led or participated in CRP and or Requirements sessions to understand the business processes and application flow.
- Understands the various documentation processes involved in Configuration RICEWF methodology or any similar standards. Knowledge of OUM methodology documentation process.
- Should have conducted been part of training sessions for EUT or KUT.
- Experience in handling data conversions (HDL / HSDL), Fast Formula and BI Reporting is an added advantage.
- Should have Provided functional support after PGLS in an SLA based support, user training and coordinating with various teams.

Education / Professional Experience/ Qualifications

- Bachelor’s or master’s degree with a minimum of 5-7 years of relevant experience in business intelligence or operations.
