Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Interior Execution Engineer to manage and execute interior finishing works for residential and commercial projects. The candidate should have hands-on experience in site execution, quality control, vendor coordination, and timely completion of interior works as per drawings and specifications.

Key Responsibilities

- Execute and supervise interior works at project sites.
- Coordinate with architects, consultants, vendors, contractors, and site teams.
- Ensure execution as per approved drawings, BOQ, specifications, and quality standards.
- Manage interior activities including:
- False Ceiling
- Flooring & Wall Finishes
- Painting Works
- Modular Works
- Furniture & Fixtures
- Woodwork
- Glass & Aluminium Works
- Electrical & Lighting Coordination
- Plumbing & Sanitary Coordination

- Prepare daily progress reports and maintain site documentation.
- Monitor manpower, material availability, and work progress.




- Ensure quality checks and timely rectification of defects.
- Coordinate with procurement and vendors for material delivery.
- Verify quantities, measurements, and contractor bills.
- Maintain project timelines and report delays to management.
- Ensure safety and housekeeping standards at site.

Required Skills

- Strong knowledge of interior execution and finishing works.
- Valuable understanding of interior drawings, BOQ, and specifications.
- Experience in residential/commercial high-end projects preferred.
- Vendor and contractor management skills.
- Knowledge of site measurements, billing, and quality inspection.
- Good communication and coordination skills.

Qualification

- Diploma / B.Tech in Civil Engineering or Interior Design related qualification.

Experience

- 10-15 Years of experience in Interior Execution / Finishing Works.

Preferred Candidate Profile

- Experience with real estate developers, luxury residential projects, commercial buildings, or hospitality projects preferred.
- Should have solid execution ability with attention to detail and quality.
