Service line - Position Title: EY GDS - Senior Consultants for Finance FS Private Equity .

The OpportunityYour Key Responsibilities

- Coordinate funding of domestic and international investments, execute capital distributions, and call capital from investors as needed.
- Work with deal teams on all components of investment funding, including cash flows, cash sourcing, vendor payments, tax structure,FX and share custody.
- Manage overall valuations process and budgeting activities.
- Manage portfolio analytics and exits/liquidity requirements.
- Prepare external reporting, including quarterly letters, financial statements, investment memos, capital calls.
- Work with fundraising and legal teams to raise, close, and set up reporting infrastructure for new funds.
- Plan and manage cash levels across fund structures, including reserves forecasting.
- Manage fund forecast modelling for carry and fee structure.
- Manage all aspects of investment credit facility, including borrowing requests, capital calls for repayment and weekly reporting requirement




- Responsible for decision-making, optimizing processes, resource management, and overseeing team management as needed for task execution.
- Accountable for allocating personnel, supervising team members, assigning tasks, ensuring that the team has the necessary tools and support to succeed in their roles and optimizing and evaluating their performance to meet organizational goals.

Skills and attributes for success

- CA, CPA, CMA, CFA preferred with major degree in accounting, finance, business.
- US Visa Holder with 5-8 years of finance experience
- Proven track record of presenting complex financial data to senior executives.
- Providing recommendations for critical managerial decisions.
- Robust financial analytics, data interpretations and financial modelling skills.
- Knowledge of accounting principles and practices, analysis, and reporting of financial data.
