Responsibilities:

- UI/UX Design: Create user-centered designs for web and mobile applications, ensuring an intuitive and visually appealing user experience.
- Graphic Design: Develop visually impactful designs for digital media, including icons, illustrations, and infographics, using Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop.
- Animation: Produce engaging animations and motion graphics for digital applications, using Adobe After Effects or similar tools.
- Prototyping: Build interactive prototypes to showcase designs and user flows using tools like Figma.
- Design System Development: Establish and maintain a consistent visual language, including color schemes, typography, and UI components.
- Collaboration: Work closely with product managers, developers, and other team members to ensure alignment on project goals and deliverables.
- Feedback Incorporation: Iterate on designs based on feedback from stakeholders, conducting usability testing and refining solutions accordingly.
- Industry Awareness: Stay up-to-date with design trends, tools, and techniques to continuously improve the visual and functional aspects of our products.

Requirements:

- Experience: Minimum 3 years of experience in graphic design, UI/UX, and animation.
- Design Tools: Proficiency in design and animation tools,



including Figma, Adobe After Effects, Illustrator, and Photoshop.
- UI/UX Principles: Strong understanding of UI/UX principles, user-centered design, and responsive design practices.
- Animation Skills: Experience in creating engaging animations for UI elements, explainer videos, or interactive content.
- Visual Communication: Excellent skills in visual storytelling, typography, color theory, and layout design.
- Attention to Detail: Keen eye for detail and commitment to delivering high-quality work.
- Communication: Solid verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present design ideas clearly.
- Team Player: Ability to work collaboratively within a team and effectively incorporate feedback.

Good to Haves:

- Experience with additional animation tools like Lottie.
- Knowledge of video editing tools and creating marketing assets.
- Familiarity with prototyping tools like Adobe XD or Sketch.
- Basic understanding of HTML/CSS to facilitate better communication with development teams.
