The Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled AI Engineer to design and deliver AI solutions focused on extracting, structuring, and deriving insights from complex unstructured documents (e.g., PDFs, and text-heavy datasets).

Your Key Responsibilities

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (product, business, engineering) to translate business requirements into scalable AI solutions.
- Design and implement AI/ML models for information extraction from unstructured and semi-structured documents, including complex PDFs.
- Build and optimize Generative AI solutions using GPT architectures, including prompt engineering, embeddings, and agent-based workflows.
- Develop efficient pipelines leveraging techniques such as batching, caching, asynchronous processing, and orchestration for large-scale document processing.
- Train, fine-tune, and evaluate machine learning models with a focus on NLP and document intelligence use cases.
- Apply deep learning techniques and neural networks to improve extraction accuracy and system performance.
- Integrate AI models into production systems via APIs and scalable architectures.




- Communicate technical concepts and solution approaches effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Skills and attributes for success

- 46 years of hands-on experience developing and deploying AI/ML solutions.
- Strong expertise in Natural Language Processing (NLP), particularly for document parsing and information extraction from unstructured data.
- Proficiency in Generative AI concepts: GPT models, prompt engineering, embeddings, and agentic architectures.
- Experience with model training and fine-tuning for NLP use cases.
- Solid programming skills in Python.
- Hands-on experience with deep learning frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or equivalent.
- Robust understanding of data handling and integration technologies including SQL, REST APIs, and JSON.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (preferably Azure) and AI services.
- Exposure to DevOps practices and deployment pipelines.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate complex AI concepts into business impact.
