o Provide sound legal advice and insights to stakeholders to aid decision-making.
4. Compliance and Risk Mitigation
o Monitor legal and regulatory changes impacting the fintech sector.
o Ensure compliance with RBI guidelines, data privacy laws, and other relevant regulations.
o Identify and mitigate potential legal risks.
5. Stakeholder Management
o Collaborate with internal teams, including finance, operations, and HR, to provide legal guidance.
o Act as a liaison between the company and regulatory authorities, external counsel, and auditors.
