Role & responsibilities
- Assist in receiving, storing, and issuing raw materials, components, consumables, and finished goods.
- Ensure proper segregation, labeling, and stacking of materials.
- Follow FIFO/FEFO practices during material issue.
- Maintain inwardoutward registers, and stock records.
- Assist in physical stock verification and cycle counting.
- Report shortages, excesses, and damaged materials to seniors.
- Make accurate entries in SAP
- Coordinate with production, quality, purchase, and logistics teams for material movement.
- Ensure timely availability of materials as per production requirements.
